1. Acting in the capacity of an agent, beautifulyoo.com offers you, the holidaymaker, a selection of holiday accommodation as presented and described by holiday accommodation owners. Beautifulyoo.com relays this information in good faith and as accurately as possible and accepts no responsibility or liability in respect of any subsequent discrepancies or inaccuracies therein.

2. Holidaymakers are bound by any terms and conditions laid down by the holiday accommodation owners themselves. These conditions apply to payment of deposit and guarantee of booking, payment of the balance due, together with any required refundable breakage deposit, and responsible use of the accommodation by the holidaymakers. These conditions are determined at the discretion of the accommodation owners.

3. Once availability and price has been confirmed by beautifulyoo.com with the respective accommodation owners, the holidaymaker will be required to pay a non-refundable holding deposit directly to the accommodation owner. The amount and method of this payment will be determined by the accommodation owner.

4. Payment of the balance due plus any refundable breakage deposit will either be made at a specified period prior to arrival or on arrival as determined by the accommodation owner.

5. Holidaymakers are advised to take out full holiday insurance cover, including additional cover for any planned sports or activities.
