Just off the A357 linking Malaga with Campillos, via a turn to the right near the white pueblo of Ardales, is the wonderful world of the Guadalhorce Lakes, a sparkling jewel, magnificent, essential for any explorer of Andalucia, unforgettable once visited.
These pictures were taken during the latter part of March, the hills green after recent rain and the water turquoise, stunning, twinkling in the lovely spring sunshine.
