This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is only a short stroll to the beach through beautifully landscaped gardens, situated in the area known as “The New Golden Mile” near Marbella and Puerto Banus between San Pedro and Estepona.

Less than an hour's drive from Malaga airport and only 100 metres to the nearest beach.

The property is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. As you enter the bright and roomy apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. There is also a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.

The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with two beautiful leather sofas, one being a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, hi-fi unit, TV, video/DVD and Sky decoder unit.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a bath/shower next to it. There is a covered terrace complete with garden furniture accessible from the lounge.

The delightful pool area is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is very attractive promenade and two chiringuitos (beach bars) "Pepes" and "La Antigua". The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy beaches.

Cancelada is the nearest village, about 10 mins walk away, with some very pretty bars and restaurants. San Pedro, with numerous bars and restaurants, is only a few minutes drive away. Estepona is about 7 mins drive.

There are numerous nearby golf course including Los Flamingos Golf.

Cleaning and laundry provided once a week. Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) provided.

Changeover day is flexible, but the apartment must be vacated before 10.30 am on the day of departure.

If your holiday overlaps the rental charge bands, the cost will be charged proportionally for the days in each band.

A deposit of £250 is payable to hold the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, along with a refundable breakage deposit of £100.

If booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday, the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
