Situated in the mountains, this traditional, rustic 3 bedroom cortijo offers stunning views through the valley towards the ocean, on a clear day stretching as far as Morocco. There is also a solar heated mosaic tiled swimming pool with its own terrace in a mature garden with olive and almond trees.

Less than 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport and 30 mins to the beaches in Nerja and Torre del Mar.

This delightful villa has 3 bedrooms, a master double, a triple and a twin, each with modern en suite bath or shower room. There is an open plan lounge with log burning stove and a good sized Spanish style kitchen with all modern appliances. All rooms have authentic beamed and caned ceilings.

At the entrance to the villa there is a wonderful vine covered terrace and there is also an outside dining area and a large barbecue. Tucked away below the property is an additional shady terrace.

The coastal towns of Nerja and Torre del Mar are only about 30 minutes away, while the lively, historic town of Malaga, with its many tempting attractions, is only 40 minutes away by car.

The rental rates shown are for for 7 nights and include normal use of electricity, gas, water and broadband Internet connection.

£75 deposit required per week to secure your dates.

The balance is due 10 weeks before the arrival date.

A refundable security deposit of £150 must be paid with the balance. This will be returned once the management company have completed their audit after departure and confirmed there are no unreasonable breakages or damage. Normally this will be within 2 weeks of your departure date.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash, bank transfers or credit cards.

Guests are asked to check out by 10.00am on the morning of departure, and new arrivals may check in after 4.00pm.
