Set in the foothills of the Tejeda and Almijara Mountain ranges, on the edge of an avocado plantation, this secluded villa with three double bedrooms, one with en suite facilities, is a perfect attraction for those seeking peace and quiet, all year sunshine and magnificent clean mountain air.

Less than 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport and 30 mins to the beaches in Nerja and Torre del Mar.

This lovely villa is just five minutes walk from the pretty, whitewashed village of Canillas de Albaida and ten minutes from the beautiful tourist village of Competa, both with a good selection of bars and restaurants.

There is a large private terrace with sitting area, a lounge with TV, video and CD system, a dining room, well fitted kitchen, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is also covered parking for two cars at the entrance to the property. The villa is only a thirty minute drive to the coast and the atmospheric towns of Nerja and Torre del Mar, with a choice as well of two 18 hole golf courses. The area around the villa is a paradise for walkers, both casual ‘strollers’ and serious hikers alike.

The cost of electricity, gas and water is included except for gas for room heater, if required.

The letting includes bed linen, towels and tea towels, which are changed on a weekly basis.

Towels or any other equipment must not be removed from the villa. It is therefore advisable to bring your own beach and bathing towels.

A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The full balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

An additional £100 damage deposit is payable with the final balance (returned within 1 week of departure, where no damage occurs).

All payments to be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Changeover day is Saturday. Guests are asked to check out by 10.00am on the morning of departure, and new arrivals may check in after 4.00pm.
